We want you to be completely satisfied with your TimeflysHome purchase.

1. Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Baby monitors and electronic products must be unopened or defective to qualify for a return.

2. Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

3. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened electronic products (unless defective)
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Items returned after the 14-day window

4. How to Initiate a Return Contact us through our website with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

5. Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

6. Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. International Returns International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
